My mom, Connie, means everything to me. She’s a very special lady with a heart of gold—always loving, caring, and accepting of everyone she met. Connie has touched so many lives with her kindness and generosity, and now she is facing the end stages of her life in the hospital due to congestive heart failure. It’s incredibly hard to see someone so full of love and compassion go through such a difficult time.

Because of her age and condition, it’s been nearly impossible to find a company that will insure her end-of-life expenses. This has left our family with the challenge of covering hospital bills, funeral arrangements, and planning for her procession on our own. The financial burden is overwhelming, but I want to make sure Connie receives the care and dignity she deserves in her final days.
