Connie, my grandmother, is 68 years old and has always been the heart of our family. She spent her life working hard and supporting those around her, both at home, as cna for many years and at her job at Albertsons, where her work family loved her dearly. Last year, Connie was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. She bravely fought through chemotherapy and, for a while, went into remission. 2 weeks ago she underwent surgery to remove the rest of the tumor, but unfortunately, the surgery was not successful.

Since her diagnosis, Connie has been unable to work, and the medical bills have continued to grow. My grandparents have always been there for us, and now they need a little help themselves. The funds raised will go directly toward covering Connie's medical expenses and helping with daily living costs for both her and my grandpa during this difficult time.

Connie is truly amazing and has always put others first. She deserves a helping hand after everything she has done for our family and her community.
