Support for Connie Hutchison’s Farewell

Donation protected
I am the sister of 17-year-old Connie Hutchison, who tragically lost her life after falling off a Lime scooter on Monday, June 9th, 2025, at 11am. Earlier that day, Connie had attended her nephew’s graduation, celebrating his completion of K4 and moving up to K5. It was a joyful family moment before tragedy struck. After the accident, Connie was taken to the hospital & the doctors informed us that the cause of death was due to internal bleeding in her kidney, which caused a blood clot that eventually exploded. She had to undergo emergency surgery, but sadly, she never returned home to her family. Connie passed away at 1:50am later that night. This loss comes just weeks after the lost our of mom on March 22nd, 2025, due to a seizure. Our family is heartbroken and struggling to cope with so much grief in such a short time.

Connie was a junior at Alliance High School, looking forward to graduating with the Class of 2026. She dreamed of becoming a hairstylist and was known for her sweet, goofy personality. Connie was the life of the party, always ready with a joke or a freestyle rap, and she brought so much joy to everyone around her. She was a loving aunt to her nephew and niece, and she cared deeply for her siblings, especially after our mom’s passing.

The bond Connie and I shared was more than just sisters—it was like a mother-daughter relationship. In her phone, I was saved as "Moosha Aka Mom," and she was so proud to show me that. No matter what we went through as siblings, we always knew we had each other. Losing her so soon after our mom has been incredibly hard for our family.

We are raising funds to help cover Connie’s funeral expenses and to support her siblings as we navigate this heartbreaking time. We’re holding a balloon release on June 12th at 12pm to honor her memory, and we’re still waiting for updates on the funeral arrangements. Every donation goes directly toward Connie’s death arrangements and is deeply appreciated. Your support will help us give Connie the farewell she deserves and provide some relief to her siblings & Father as we grieve this unimaginable loss.
