My friend Sara Hubbs is a dedicated community cat advocate who has spent countless hours in the field, trapping homeless kitties to ensure they are fixed and cannot reproduce. Through her tireless efforts, she has encountered many cats who are not only friendly but also in desperate need of medical attention. These interventions often mean the difference between life and death for these vulnerable animals, but they also come with significant financial burdens for the person doing this life-saving work.
Over time, the costs of surgeries, vet visits, and ongoing care have added up, leaving my friend with considerable debt. The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward paying off these accumulated bills, as well as providing food, and supplies for community cats and the next group of kitties she will help. Additionally, by easing the financial strain of the cats’ medical needs, we hope to give her some relief so she can address her own outstanding medical bills and continue her vital work in our community.
One of our greatest community cat advocates needs some support. The cause is great, the work is hard, but many hands lifting together can lighten the burden and help put the wind back in her sails. There is still much work ahead, and your support will propel her to keep pursuing her passion and dedication to helping one of the most vulnerable pet populations in our community. Every donation, no matter the size, makes a real difference. Thank you for standing with us and the cats who need us most.
