On Sunday afternoon, Colton was out playing in his yard with a friend. If you know Colton, you know he has a lot of 'hey watch this' moments, and we believe that's what led to a tragic accident where he somehow ended up hanging himself. Since then, our world has been turned upside down as we rally around him and hope for his recovery.

Colton is currently on a ventilator, but thankfully he has been breathing over it on his own. Yesterday morning, he experienced three 'brain seizures' and was given medication to help. Since then, no more seizure activity has been observed. With adjustments to his sedation and fluids, his heart rate and blood pressure are now within the range doctors want to help his brain heal. We are holding onto hope and doing everything we can to support him during this critical time.

We are reaching out for help with medical bills and travel expenses as his Mimi and Poppy stay by Colton’s side. Colton’s Mimi and Poppy, along with the rest of his loved ones, are beyond grateful for the outpouring of love, prayers, and support shown through this time that truly has no words to describe it.
