Our son Colson was diagnosed with Agenesis of the Corpus Callosum when I was 20 weeks pregnant. He arrived a bit early and has feeding difficulties, which has kept us in the NICU for almost four weeks. We may need to transfer to a more specialized NICU further from home, and the uncertainty has been overwhelming for our family.
Right now, we are living out of the NICU, trying to keep up with bills at home while facing new expenses every day. If we are transferred to a facility further away, my fiancé—Colson’s father—will miss work to be with us, which will be a strain on our entire family. The money raised would go directly to bills and basic needs, helping us stay afloat while we focus on Colson’s care and recovery.
We ask for everyone to please keep us in your prayers. We have spent so much time away from our older daughter Chloe and are all struggling not being together or in our own home. Anything you can give would help us stay strong and together during this difficult time.
