Dear Friends, Family, and Community,

We are urgently rallying our community in support for our union brother and all-around great human, Colin Dean and his wife, Christi Tai, following a devastating medical emergency.

On June 9th, Christi suffered a massive heart attack and stroke. She is currently in a coma and on life support. At this point, the recovery process and timeline remain completely unknown, but even in the best-case scenario, neither Colin nor Christi will be able to return to work as normal for some time.

Members of Colin's union, AFM Local 1000, have started this fund to give Colin some vital breathing room so he can focus entirely on being by Christi's side without the crushing weight of immediate financial stress, and to provide stability for his family during this time.

• Household Expenses: Maintaining their rent/mortgage, school tuition, utilities, and daily necessities while they navigate an extended time away from work.
