I'm raising money to help cover the funeral, burial, and remaining medical expenses for my dear husband, Ronald Raper. Back in November, he experienced renal failure and had been bedridden ever since. It was a tough fight that concluded the night of May 3rd at the Crescent Nursing Home. I had just left at 9:15 p.m., and they called me back about 10:35 p.m. to announce that God had called him home.

Ron was a devout Christian all of his life. He and I appreciated all of your kind prayers. Anything that you can spare will be greatly appreciated. The expenses have really surprised us.

Ron devoted his life to serving young people. He was a biology teacher and swimming coach.
