Our community lost someone incredibly special last week. The sudden passing of Coach Rob Hehe has left an unimaginable void in the hearts of so many who knew and loved him.
Rob was more than a coach—he was a mentor, friend, and bright light to everyone around him. A wise, fun-loving cowboy at heart, he had a rare way of bringing out the best in people. Whether you were a player, fellow coach, coworker, friend, or family member, Rob made you feel seen, supported, and capable of more than you thought possible. He spent his life lifting others up and leaving every place—and every person—better than he found them.
If you ever had the privilege of playing for Coach Hehe, you probably remember his laugh across the field, the way he believed in you even when you doubted yourself, and the life lessons he taught that went far beyond the game.
While Rob impacted countless lives, his greatest pride was always his family. He leaves behind his wonderful wife Jennifer and their two young boys, Robbie and Monte. 18 year old Robbie is preparing to start college next year, and 12 year old Monte, is an avid baseball player who carries the same love of sports and spirit his dad shared with so many.
With Rob’s passing being so sudden and unexpected, Jennifer and the boys are now facing not only a heartbreaking loss but also the financial burdens that come with it. We are hoping to come together as a community to help ease some of that weight—supporting Jennifer with funeral expenses, helping provide for Robbie and Monte, and giving their family the time and space they need to begin rebuilding their lives.
Coach Hehe spent his life showing up for others. Now it’s our turn to show up for his family.
This fundraiser is being organized by members of the community whose lives were impacted by Rob and who want to help support Jennifer, Robbie, and Monte during this incredibly difficult time.
If you are able to contribute, any amount will make a meaningful difference. And if donating isn’t possible, please consider sharing this page so we can reach the many lives Coach Hehe touched.
Let’s rally around Jennifer, Robbie, and Monte the same way Coach Hehe rallied around all of us.
