Support for CKD and Aneurysm Surgery

Hello! I am writing this with great gratitude for anyone who reaches out with my unexpected medical situation. I was diagnosed with Chronic kidney disease 11 years ago and now I am in the latter stages of CKD 3B which is almost stage 4.

I had an ultrasound on April 2nd 2025 and they discovered I have an Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm of 4.9cm which is not good! They also found that both of my Renal Arterial Arteries are completely clogged and will have to be replaced during the surgery as well my job entails a lot of lifting so I am unable to work. I am applying for Short Term Disability but that is a long process. My big problem is trying to keep up with bills and all of the medical bills that are starting to come in.

I am a very hard worker! And I have great Faith in Jesus Christ

I don't know what my future will look like, my Vascular Surgeon cannot predict if I will be on dialysis permanently after my surgery due to having to cut off the blood supply to my kidneys.
