Hello Everyone, I am Adrian. Heydy, Chuy's daughter, is my partner. This is difficult to post but I am making this GoFundMe on behalf of Chuy and his wonderful family who I am blessed to know, love deeply, and be a part of.

Chuy has bravely battled Stage 4 metastatic prostate cancer since he was diagnosed 4 years ago. He has been so strong throughout this terrible disease but sadly Chuy's health is rapidly declining. Very recently he entered hospice while being cared for and supported by his loving family and his time with us may be limited.

If you know Chuy you know how much he gives to everyone he encounters. Even through the hardest of times he always finds a way to make everyone around him smile. He is full of love, he's a caring, funny, beautiful person who deserves happiness and to spend precious time with his family.

As hard as this is to write, Heydy, her mom, and her little brother are in the process of discussing funeral services for Chuy. Her family have struggled to make ends meet financially throughout his illness and now more than ever they need all the help they can get. To alleviate the financial strain that they are going through during this difficult process I am making this GoFundMe to ask for your support.
