Support for Chudi- Life-Changing Car Accident

Hi everyone,

We are starting this fundraiser to support our friend Chudi Bruno who was the victim of a severe and near-fatal car accident. His injuries are serious, and he needs all the support of his friends and family. I've posted some brief details below, but the situation is constantly evolving as we learn more about the accident and the ramifications the injuries have on his health. Many of you may remember Chudi from Saint Louis University, where his outgoing and fun-loving personality made him a part of many of our best college memories. Chudi is known by many people in the Saint Louis area and has always been a supportive and generous friend to others. If you can take the time to participate in this fundraiser, I know he greatly appreciates any contribution made on his behalf.

On April 14th, Chudi was leaving work when a reckless driver going at an illegal high speed slammed into Chudi's car, hitting the passenger front side of the vehicle. As you can see, the damage to Chudi's car was extreme, and after many terrifying hours, Chudi's life was saved but not without serious consequences to his physical well-being.

Among the serious injuries he sustained during the impact was the injury to his spine, specifically the C4 and C5 vertebrae. This has rendered him paralyzed, which in turn has completely affected his quality of life and ability to care for himself and continue to work or live in his current settings.

This impact on his life has been unfathomable, but in typical Chudi-style, he is facing this challenge with hope and a positive outlook. Every aspect of his life has now been forced to go to immediate altering measures as he seeks to establish himself within the limitations of paralysis. He needs our assistance as soon as possible!
