My name is Joanna. Two days ago, we found out my stepdad, Alexander "Chucky," was found deceased in his apartment. He unfortunately did not have insurance, and the cost for cremation is $1000. Our family decided to open a GoFundMe to support us financially. I know that times are tough for everyone and most are living paycheck to paycheck. If you can donate ANYTHING, please, please send! Everyone that knows Chucky knows he would give his last dime to help those in need. He was thoughtful, loving, caring, and selfless. He raised me even when he knew I wasn't biologically his child.

***Update l, we were able to find a cheaper option. We can have Chucly picked up and cremated for $950. We are SO close!!!!
