Im suffering from a variety of chronic illness that all seem to be connected but so far I've had little luck with diagnosis and medical community 

I have had POTS diagnosed and is clearly a symptom of whatever greater issues im dealing with 

Mara is unable to work now so she can caretake me and our 2 kids since im unable

Our credit is maxed and we are severely struggling 

I will update any costs or spending on FB to be clear in how people are helping
