On Wednesday, My sister Christie had a blood clot on her brain that caused her have major stroke that affected her use of her arm, her speech and ability to walk.  She is currently in Peconic bay medical center. As of Monday she will be transferred to st Charles rehab to begin therapy to hopefully regain her strength. We do not know for how long Christie will be in rehab. Although it may be Atleast a few months, we are praying she is able to make a full recovery. 

Christie is a mother of 4 kids and the only source of income for her family.  I’m asking my family and friends for help for any financial burdens during this time. Any money will go towards caring for her children and making sure they have everything they need and any bills she may accumulate during this difficult time.
