Support for Christian's Eye Journey
Donation protected
On Thursday February 13th, 2020 my boyfriend Christian Furness was caught up in a freak accident working on his dirt bike. He was trying to change out his new panels and the screw driver went straight through the middle of his eye lost the cornea, lost his lense, and cause severe retinal globe damage. Later that evening he had emergency surgery to prevent any further loss and to save the eye. This freak accident has been an extremely traumatic event for Christian, I, and his family. We are all working together as a team to to give Christian the support he needs right now both mentally and physically. He is an amazing man, a hard worker, and would literally give you the shirt off his back. I am so blessed to have this man in my life and I need help to make sure he gets the care he needs right now. We will be meeting with an Ophthalmology specialist to set up two or three more surgeries to get some amount of vision back into his left eye. I do not have the necessary resource for costs of medication, surgeries, and living expenses to do this on my own while he's healing. He will be out of work for at least a month since the first surgery and will be out again multiple times for the future ones. Any amount is greatly appreciated and it helps so much. Im doing my best to help out financially to help us at home. This is going to be a very long journey and Christian and I could use all the love and support possible!
I am so grateful for anyone taking the time to pray, to read this, share this, support this. Anything is so appreciated to help my baby.
