Support for Chris’s Brain Tumor Battle

Last night, my brother-in-law Chris had a sudden seizure that turned our world upside down. In true Chris fashion, he refused the ambulance, so his daughters rushed him to the ER. After a series of tests, a CT scan revealed a 2–3 cm mass in the back left side of his brain, likely a glioma. He was transferred to Baptist East around midnight for more specialized care. An MRI this morning confirmed what doctors believe is an aggressive tumor. He is scheduled for surgery on Thursday, December 4th, to remove the tumor and determine the next steps in his treatment.

Chris is a master mechanic, and if he doesn’t work, he doesn’t get paid. This diagnosis will sideline him for at least six months, and with two daughters in college, the financial strain is overwhelming. The funds raised here will help cover his living expenses, mounting medical bills, and provide some stability for his family while they focus on his recovery.

Chris is a giver—he’s always the first to lend a hand and the last to ask for help. Right now, he and his family need support more than ever. Any contribution, no matter the size, will give his daughters some breathing room to concentrate on his care and well-being. We are deeply grateful for your kindness, prayers, and support during this difficult time.
