Chloe was a heart warrior from the very beginning. Diagnosed with hypoplastic left heart syndrome before she was even born, she spent the first six months of her life in the hospital and bravely underwent two heart surgeries in her short life. Despite these challenges, Chloe was always courageous and active, inspiring everyone around her with her energy and strength.

On Saturday March 7, Chloe was at a kickboxing class when she began experiencing stomach pains, which later turned into nausea overnight. Her parents, Joe and Diane, took her to the hospital on Sunday morning. When Chloe's heart rate rose and her blood pressure dropped, she needed to be intubated. Tragically, she went into cardiac arrest, and despite the medical team's best efforts, 11-year-old Chloe passed away after an hour of CPR. This loss has left her family and friends heartbroken, and they are now coming together to process this sudden tragedy.

Right now, Joe and Diane are facing overwhelming funeral expenses and hospital bills.
