Our family is going through an incredibly difficult and unexpected time, and we’re asking for support as we face what lies ahead. Cheri is a devoted mother of three (19, 15 and 2) and an Army wife, currently living in Germany in support of her spouse’s service. Recently, their world was turned upside down by the devastating news of a brain tumor diagnosis. We still have many unanswered questions, but we do know that brain surgery to remove the tumor is the first course of action.
Being stationed in another country has made this situation even more challenging. Far from home and without their usual support system, her family is facing an intense recovery period, daily responsibilities, and the emotional weight of this diagnosis largely on their own. We are raising funds to help ease the financial burden of any unexpected expenses and travel, including making it possible for close family members to travel to be with her. Having loved ones nearby during this time would provide critical support—helping care for her toddler, offering comfort, and simply making sure they are not facing this alone.
Any contribution, no matter the size, will go directly toward supporting Cheri and her family during this incredibly difficult time. If you’re unable to donate, sharing this page would mean so much. Thank you for your kindness, your generosity, and for keeping my sister and her family in your thoughts.
