We have some sad news to announce. One of our chefs, Juan Ramon Gonzales, was in a serious car accident a couple of weeks ago. He was hit by a drunk driver and was left paralyzed. He has five children and is in immediate need of a new ramp and flooring for his home. He is being cared for by his Aunt and Uncle and will return from Chicago rehab mid-September. Ramon has been with Tiramisu for 16 years and we are doing everything in our power to help him in this difficult time.
