On Tuesday, December 9th, 2025 at 4:20 pm, Chase took his last breath. He was the most caring, loving, empathetic individual you would have ever met. He leaves behind his two daughters, Skylar and Layla. As well as his mother, Julie and his
siblings Briana, Brooke, Robbie, Bryli and Otis. The ceremony will be held on January 8th at Kona Skatepark, in Jacksonville, Florida at 2:00 pm. Chase's family would greatly appreciate any contribution going towards his ceremony. We love and cherish you all. Please pray for Chase's daughters, and the rest of his family and loved ones.
