On October 19, our son Chase, age 21, was involved in a devastating hit and run motorcycle accident that changed his life in an instant. The reckless driver who struck him fled the scene, leaving Chase with catastrophic injuries and a long road ahead. He was rushed into emergency surgery and, due to the severity of his injuries, lost his leg. Chase is currently stable in the hospital, but he faces weeks of recovery, including intensive physical therapy and rehabilitation.
Chase is a devoted father to a sweet baby boy and is known for his love of Harley riding, hunting, fishing, four-wheeling, and just about any outdoor sport he can get into. He’s always been energetic, kind-hearted, and willing to help others. The emotional and physical toll of this accident has been immense, and the fact that the driver responsible is still at large adds to the pain our family is experiencing. Chase works as a truck driver, but now he’s unable to work for the foreseeable future, which has created a significant financial strain.
We are raising funds to help cover Chase’s medical bills, rehabilitation, and the cost of a prosthetic leg. Any support will help ease the burden and allow Chase to focus on healing and being there for his son. Our family never imagined we’d be in this position, and we are deeply grateful for any help during this difficult time.
