We are reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for support for our beloved mother, sister, and friend, Chantelle, who is currently on life support and fighting for her life. At just 47 years old, she recently suffered cardiac arrest and is now on a ventilator. Doctors have shared that her organs are shutting down, and our family may have to make the unimaginable decision to remove life support within the next few days.

Chantelle leaves behind four beautiful children — ages 23, 13, 8, and 6 — who are about to face life without their mother. She is also the only sibling of her brother, whom she lovingly helped raise after they both lost their mother at a young age. She was unapologetically herself and a cheerleader for everyone in her life. Unconditionally loving, she imprinted on the lives she encountered.

During this incredibly painful time, our family is in need of financial support to help cover:

• Funeral and memorial service expenses
