The Charlestown Community Nurses' Group is raising funds to assist the family of Chantel Sharieff. Chantel was a Registered Nurse, working at the Charlestown Community in Continuing Care.

She and her daughter tragically died on August 28, 2025.

Chantel's mother Shirley's goal is to start a foundation and a location to serve those affected by domestic violence. She is committed to starting a memorial scholarship fund at Stevenson University as well as educating teachers about recognizing domestic violence.
