Chanel Rodríguez is a hardworking, loving, and caring father of three children, ages 15 to 6. He has always put his family first, working tirelessly to provide for them and ensure they have a safe and happy home. On March 12, 2026, everything changed when Chanel was stopped by ICE agents on Elizabeth Ave in Elizabeth, New Jersey, and taken into custody. Although he is in the process of obtaining legal status through his mother, his visa has not yet been approved.

Chanel’s wife is devastated, as he is the only provider for their household. With Chanel unable to work, his family is struggling to pay for rent, groceries, and other basic needs. Family and friends are doing everything they can to help, but it is not enough to cover all the expenses. On top of this, Chanel’s son, Thiago, has medical needs that require ongoing attention and resources.
