Friends and family, it’s with a heavy heart that we unexpectedly lost our beloved father, Cesar Tavarez this past Sunday. He was a good-hearted and loving father. My dad was a free-spirited and friendly soul to every stranger he met and would always walk away with another friend. We are kindly asking for help to cover funeral expenses.
