Cesar E. Hernandez, 28, of Moses Lake, WA, passed away unexpectedly on April 16th. He was a loving father, son, nephew, cousin, and friend whose contagious smile, kind heart, and sense of humor brought joy to everyone who knew him. Cesar’s love for his family was unwavering—he made them his top priority and left an unforgettable mark on all of our lives.

We are devastated by his sudden loss. Life will never be the same without him, and we will miss him dearly.
