On Saturday, January 3rd my father passed away unexpectedly, leaving our family in shock and unprepared for the challenges ahead. The suddenness of his loss has been incredibly difficult, and we are now facing not only the emotional pain of his absence but also the practical realities that come with it. My mother, who is currently in rehab, is especially vulnerable right now, and the weight of these circumstances has been overwhelming for all of us.

We are reaching out to our friends, family, and community for support as we try to cover the expenses for a celebration of life in honor of my father, as well as help my mother get stable with her current living costs. With so little time to prepare, the financial burden has become a significant source of stress.
