Dear friends and family,
With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend, Dr. Trina Dinavo, who went home to be with the Lord on April 9, 2026 in the comfort of her home.
Trina was a woman of deep faith, compassion, and strength. She was a loving wife of 45 years, a devoted mother, and someone who truly lived her life in service to others. Whether through her work, her friendships, or her faith, she gave so much love to people around her. She always made others feel seen, cared for, and supported. Her kindness left a lasting impact on everyone who knew her.
For the past two years, Trina courageously battled terminal breast cancer. Through it all, she remained strong in her faith, never losing her trust in God. Even during the hardest days, she showed incredible bravery and grace, inspiring those around her with her unwavering spirit. She fought with everything she had, and in the end, she passed away with the same quiet strength and faith that defined her life.
As we grieve this unimaginable loss, we are also facing significant financial challenges. The cost of medical care over the past two years, combined with funeral and burial expenses, has placed a heavy burden on our family. Despite having insurance, many of these costs have not been fully covered, and we are now struggling to manage these expenses.
We are reaching out with humility to ask for help during this difficult time. Any contribution, no matter the amount, will go directly toward covering funeral expenses and remaining medical bills. If you are unable to give, we completely understand. Your prayers, kind words, and support mean just as much to us.
We are deeply grateful for the love and support we have already received. It has brought us comfort in a time when we need it most. Thank you for helping us honor Trina’s life and legacy.
With heartfelt thanks,
The Dinavo family
