My name is Zach, and as of Febuary 2nd, at 10:17pm my mother was pronnounced dead.

It came as no suprise, her health was rapidly declining and her spirit dwindled. She is the mother of two children, me ( 19 ) and my eldest sister (25). Her name was Catherine Dawn Luense and she touched the hearts of all. Born 02/20/66 she would've been 60 in almost 17 days. She was a business woman, and an amazing single mother.

While she was an amazing woman who fought hard to protect her children, keep us safe and financially stable we are put into a rough spot. Medical debt, Funeral payments and Home funds need to be met and due to this situation it's caused both my sister and I to miss far too many days of work and in turn make less than usual. Our jobs won't cover what we need and what's important. We cannot alone afford her cremation services and we want our mother home safe and sound.

With this gofundme I hope to raise primarily 1,088 thats as much as we need for her cremation. The rest will cover our bills, medical and finding a proper place to rest.

With her being gone we have experienced a gas leak, since it was caught early we can still reside within our home but we cannot use anything gas. Which means we have no access to heat, warm water or any sort of stovetop. During this snowstorm that is insanity, it's constantly cold and for the moment we've been using a gym membership for showers. But since we're relying on so many outside sources we cannot afford much.

The deadline before we lose the ability to have much of a chance at cremation is March 17th. If this quota isn't met we may lose the ability to bring her home, and the last chance we have to be with our mother.
