Peter Touchstone passed away suddenly on May 4, 2025. With less than 72 hours' notice prior to his death, his daughter, Catherine, has had to navigate this tragedy, the grief that comes with it, and is now facing the reality that many of us don’t talk about: how to continue on after the death of such a cornerstone in her life. As his durable power of attorney, she’s now scrambling to figure out so many pieces, and the hardest part of all of this is that she has a time limit. She has had to put her grieving on hold to figure out logistics.
