Hello, my wife and I are in the hospital after our doctor called us the other day after our appointment and told us to go get checked out overnight because of our son not growing at all in two weeks. They ended up initially moving up delivery to 37 weeks, but decided it wasn’t safe for baby to wait that long, so they’re starting induction tonight at 36 weeks.

A little back story: Our baby is an IVF baby, and has been measuring small pretty much the whole pregnancy. As of a couple days ago, he’s only weighing 4 lb, 1 oz, which is why they’re expecting him to have to spend some time in the NICU. They gave Cassie a steroid shot yesterday, and will give her another one today to help his lungs mature better for delivery. We appreciate all of the prayers, as this is a stressful thing to go through. Any funds raised will be used toward some medical bills, travel expenses, food, etc.
