On March 4, 2026, our community lost an incredible man far too soon. Ryan Bunce, a husband, father, and investigator with the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office, passed away unexpectedly. He leaves behind his wife, Cassidy, and their two young children, Everleigh (3) and newborn son, Colter.

Ryan spent his career looking out for others and protecting our community. As much as he gave to those around him, he saved the best of himself for Cassidy, his children, his family, and his friends. He was happiest in the moments spent with those he loved or outdoors in the woods, enjoying nature and the quiet that came with it. Ryan was simply a good man who meant so much to those who loved him.

Cassidy and the children are now facing an unimaginable loss while navigating life with a newborn and a toddler. This fundraiser has been created to help support Cassidy and the kids with everyday expenses and financial burdens as they begin to navigate the difficult days ahead.
