Carson Sherrod is a beloved son, cousin, friend, and member of our community. At just 33 years old, Carson has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Melanoma, a diagnosis that has turned his world upside down. The cancer has metastasized and spread throughout his entire body, including his bones and brain. Despite this unimaginable challenge, Carson is facing each day with courage and determination, keeping his sense of humor intact even in the toughest moments. As a self-employed individual, he is preparing to begin radiation treatments next week, followed by immunotherapy once radiation is complete.

The journey ahead will be long and difficult, both physically and financially. Carson’s treatments, medications, and ongoing care will create significant medical bills. Because he is unable to work during this time, he will also need help covering his general living expenses until he can get back on his feet.
