My name is Carmen, and I am creating this GoFundMe page for my beloved niece, Blanca V.

Blanquita, as I call her, is a loving, responsible, and genuinely kind person, a devoted mother and someone who always shows up for others. By the grace of The Almighty God, she is still with us today. She is currently in the ICU, recovering from a life threatening medical emergency she had to undergo. It is going to be a long challenging journey before she can return to her normal life and be back on her feet.

I am creating this page to help ease the financial burden Blanca will face once she is discharged from the hospital and begins the next phase of her recovery.

Quick summary on what happened that day:

On December 2, 2025, Blanca received an early morning call from her employer asking if she could come in on her day off to assist with a task, she was best at. As always, she said yes. After dropping off her 10-year-old son at school, she went to work, completed this task, and began driving back home. While approaching an intersection, Blanca suffered a ruptured brain aneurysm, which resulted in a serious multi vehicle accident. Emergency services rushed her to the hospital, where she experienced seizures both in route and upon arrival. Medical testing revealed two brain aneurysms, one of which had ruptured. She was taken into emergency surgery, which thankfully was successful. Blanquita remains in the ICU under close observation, receiving ongoing treatment and evaluations as she begins her recovery.

Although the surgery was successful, Blanca’s healing process will require time, patience, rehabilitation, and strength, both physically and emotionally. This journey will not be easy, but we believe wholeheartedly that God has a plan for her in this life.

Our family is doing everything possible to support Blanca mentally, physically, and emotionally during this time. Your support can help ensure that she can focus on healing without the added stress of financial hardship.
