My high school classmate, Mr. Donald Peregrino Castillo, traveled to New York City with his wife Carmen Altagracia Sebastian,who suffers from Parkinson's disease. She died of a heart attack on the night of Saturday, the 23rd, 2024. Her body is at the New York Presbyterian Allen Pavilion. He does not have the resources to transport her body to the Dominican Republic and needs help.
