Hello Ketchikan Community and beyond,

Tragedy has struck our very own Carey family. Weeks after losing their beloved father, their son accidentally fell while camping and suffered a traumatic brain injury, as well as a broken shoulder. He was Medivaced from Ketchikan and has required multiple surgeries, but is now stable and being well taken care of. The family is asking for donations to help cover the cost of travel, medical bills and loss of work while taking care of their son.
