My husband, Cam, ended up having an unexpected medical emergency that left us in the ICU of the hospital for 3.5 weeks while he underwent various procedures in relation to congestive heart failure. Cam was the sole provider for our household for several years now due to my own medical disability and inability to work. Unfortunately, all efforts against his condition were unsuccessful and Cam passed away surrounded by immediate family. My family and I are trying to figure out how to manage all the household expenses, burial expenses, as well as the anticipation of the incoming medical bills.
