As a mother, there are no words to describe the pain of losing a child. Our family is living through a nightmare that no one should ever have to endure. A devastating semi-truck accident took the lives of my beloved son, Dquarious Butler, his loving wife, Dominique Butler, and their precious 5-year-old daughter, Nai’Lani Butler. In an instant, three beautiful lives were gone, leaving our family completely heartbroken.

Their three other children survived the accident, but they now face an incredibly difficult road ahead. By God’s grace, 1-year-old Noam was not physically injured. Two-year-old Nolan suffered a broken leg, and 8-year-old Naila remains in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) after suffering life-altering injuries, including multiple fractures, severe lower-extremity lacerations, and an amputation. She has a long journey of surgeries, rehabilitation, and healing ahead of her.

As we grieve the unimaginable loss of my son, my daughter-in-law, and my granddaughter, we are also doing everything we can to care for the three children whose lives have been forever changed. I am asking for your prayers and support during this heartbreaking time. Any funds raised will go directly toward funeral and memorial expenses for Dquarious, Dominique, and Nai’Lani, as well as the children’s medical bills, ongoing rehabilitation, after care, and the support they will need in the weeks, months, and years ahead.
