I am Kiranmai Elaprolu, It is with deep sorrow that I share the heartbreaking news of the passing of my husband Butchi Babu Doddala. Butchi Babu tragically drowned at Folsom Lake in California while playing with our child (6 years). We are grateful that our child is safe, but our hearts are heavy with the loss of a beloved father, husband, and community member.

Our family had only recently moved to the United States, having arrived just six months ago. As He is the sole breadwinner for our family, his sudden departure leaves us facing not only emotional distress but also financial uncertainty in a new country.

In this difficult time, I request our community to come together and support Me and My child. We need your help now more than ever as they navigate this unimaginable loss while also adapting to life in a new country.
