Support for Bubba's Family in Tragic Times

My name is Wendy. My best friend Bubba Cockroft's two oldest boys (my adopted boys) were in a car accident on 06/05/2024. Brian, who was 18 and driving, didn’t make it. Zach, who is 17, was transported by ambulance to UMMC. He had to have emergency surgery due to internal bleeding. He has made it out of surgery but he is still not out of the woods.

These two boys, along with their dad, work at the Piggly Wiggly in Carthage. Bubba is the meat department manager. Brian just started in the meat department, and Zach is a bag boy. Bubba is a single parent and works 6 days, 9-10 hours a day, to support his 4 boys. Now he is at UMMC with Zach. He will have his medical bills plus funeral expenses as well for Brian. Remember, nothing is too small and anything will help. This is a parent's worst nightmare.
