Support for Bryan’s Ongoing Battle with B-cell ALL Leukemia

In December of 2024, our world changed when my dad, Bryan, was suddenly and unexpectedly diagnosed with B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). What started as some vague symptoms quickly turned into a devastating diagnosis that none of us saw coming.

Since then, my dad has bravely undergone intensive treatment, including extended hospital stays, countless medications, and procedures that no one should have to go through. We are so grateful that after months of uncertainty, he was finally able to come home. However, his journey is far from over.

Bryan will continue to travel back and forth to Johns Hopkins for ongoing care — including follow-up appointments, medication adjustments, and additional testing — all necessary steps to ensure his body is responding as it should and to catch any complications early.

As you can imagine, the financial strain has been significant. My mom, Mona Boersen, has become the sole provider for our family, all while caring for my dad full-time and managing the demands of everyday life. The costs of hospital stays, ongoing medications, and even the gas for repeated trips to and from Baltimore are adding up quickly.

We are asking for your help to lift some of this financial burden off my parents' shoulders so they can focus on what really matters — Bryan’s healing and recovery. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward medical bills, prescriptions, travel expenses, and other costs related to his care.
