Support for Brock Wallin and Family

We are reaching out to ask for support for a wonderful young man, Brock Wallin, and his family. Brock is a 16-year-old from Regina, SK, and a proud member of the Saskatchewan Alpine ski racing community. Recently, his world was turned upside down when he was diagnosed with osteogenic sarcoma (osteosarcoma) — a rare and aggressive form of bone cancer.

Brock is currently receiving care at the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital in Saskatoon, where he will undergo extensive treatment. While his strength, courage, and positivity shine through every day, this journey is one that no teenager — or family — should ever have to face.

Those who know Brock through ski racing know his determination, grit, and love for the sport. These same qualities will carry him through this fight. And just as Brock has been a part of our Saskatchewan Alpine family, we want to rally around him and his loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.

The Wallin family is facing significant challenges — time away from work, travel to and from Saskatoon, accommodations, and many other unexpected costs. This fundraiser has been created to help ease that financial burden so Brock and his family can focus on what matters most: his health and recovery.

Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward supporting Brock’s journey. With the love of his family, friends, ski racing community, and beyond, Brock will not face this battle alone.

As a Saskatchewan Alpine family, we will be carrying Brock with us on the hill this season. To show our support, all athletes will wear a special sticker on their helmets while racing — a reminder that Brock is with us every run, every turn, and every finish line. He will always be part of our team.
