My daughter Brittany recently faced a life-threatening medical emergency when she developed an extremely large blood clot that required urgent surgical removal. During this ordeal, pieces of the clot traveled to her heart and lungs, leading to two additional surgeries—open heart surgery and lung surgery. Brittany is currently in critical condition, sedated and on a ventilator in the hospital, and her recovery journey will be a long and challenging one.
This situation has placed an enormous emotional and financial strain on Brittany and her husband. With Brittany hospitalized for an extended period, her husband is doing everything he can to be by her side, but the costs of transportation, daily living expenses, and mounting medical bills are overwhelming. To make matters even more difficult, Brittany does not have medical insurance at this time because her husband recently changed jobs in December, leaving them without coverage during this crisis.
We are truly grateful for any financial support you may be able to help with for my daughter and son-in-law, and we are even more grateful for all the prayers we can get for them at this critical time. Your kindness and generosity will make a real difference in their lives as they face this uphill battle together.
