Bridget Nicole Wolf is the most kind-hearted, bravest, and strongest souls out there. From being diagnosed with kidney failure at the age of 18, to finding out she has an enlarged heart/heart failure, and eventually having her lungs give out as well; anyone who knows her story knows she has fought against the odds for over a decade until the very end. Even though her body had given up, she always had a strongest spirit and an ever stronger will. Having lost our dear brother, Ramon (27), hardly even a year ago, she still stayed strong for the family. Despite all of the trials and tribulations over the years she’s always managed to keep a smile on her face and has always shown kindness to everyone around her.

Now, at 29 years old, she has joined Ramon in a better place. We, the family, ask for your kind donation to help cover funeral and burial costs as we prepare for what comes next.
