This fundraiser was created by friends and customers to support the 25 employees of Brickland who have been impacted by a recent act of vandalism, forcing the restaurant to temporarily close.

Because of the damage and resulting interruption to business, employees are currently unable to work and have lost critical income. These are workers who rely on their wages to cover rent, groceries, utilities, and everyday necessities.

Our goal is $50,000, which will allow us to provide $2,000 directly to each of the 25 affected employees and their families to help bridge the gap while the restaurant remains closed.

Important transparency note:

100% of all funds raised will go directly to employees.

No proceeds will be used for restaurant repairs, rent, legal fees, insurance costs, or any expenses related to the business or its owners.

This fund exists solely to support workers during this difficult and uncertain time.
