Support for Brian & Molly in Memory of Lily Belle

On Friday, February 28th, Brian and Molly had an ultrasound to check on their baby daughter who was scheduled to be delivered by c section just a few days later. The ultrasound revealed an unidentifiable mass in baby’s chest.

They were immediately transferred to Riley Children’s Hospital where they received the very best care. Their staff kept close eye on mama and baby, and the week following included an MRI, dutiful planning by panels of specialists, and unique C section delivery of baby Lily that was overseen by literally dozens of doctors, nurses, and surgeons.

Lily then underwent surgery on Friday, March 7 to remove the mass in her chest, and doctors also opted for an emergency surgery in the early morning hours of the day following.

While they removed the mass, Lily unfortunately was not able to recover. Brian and Molly said goodbye to her on Monday, March 10th while they held her in their arms, surrounded by friends and family.

Brian and Molly now have many unexpected expenses as they grieve the loss of their sweet baby girl. We are asking for your help to cover Lily’s funeral and burial costs, headstone, and unexpected medical bills. We also hope to raise enough to help replace wages for Brian’s time away from work so they have more time and space to grieve in the coming weeks.
