It is with shattered hearts that we share the tragic and unexpected loss of my brother Brian Hernandez, who was taken from us far too soon in a fatal car accident on Mother’s Day. While our pain is immense, we find a small measure of comfort knowing that Brian is now reunited with our mom in heaven. This devastating loss has left a deep and painful void in the lives of everyone who knew and loved him. Brian was more than just a friend, brother, son, and loved one—he was a light in so many lives. He had a kind soul, a generous heart, and was the life of the party. We’re going to miss him so much.

But above all, Brian was a father. He leaves behind his precious 3-year-old son, who was his whole world. Brian loved his little boy beyond words. Every smile, every laugh, every moment they shared meant everything to him. The bond they had was beautiful and unbreakable, and it is heartbreaking to know his son will have to grow up without his dad by his side.
