My mom, Brenda, was diagnosed with tongue cancer in January, and her treatment has caused significant financial and emotional hardship on our family. She is only receiving half her income, and recently, we were left without a car as ours is no longer drive-able. Watching her go through this immense pain has been very tough, and it’s been a challenge to keep up with the mounting bills and daily needs while trying to support her through her treatments.

The money raised will help us pay our rent, secure transportation so my mom can continue her radiation treatments, and cover other daily living expenses. My mom is our family's main provider, and her illness has made it nearly impossible to make ends meet. Every bit of support will help us focus on her recovery and keep our family together during this difficult time.
