Supporting Our Family and Honoring Her Legacy of Love

On September 1st, our family faced an unimaginable tragedy. My daughter—a vibrant, radiant soul who filled every room with light—was suddenly taken from us in a devastating car accident caused by a drunk driver. She was only beginning a new chapter in her life, full of promise and dreams yet to unfold.

But most profoundly, she was the devoted mother of her 3-year-old son, Braxton. He was her heart and her greatest joy. She poured every ounce of love into raising him—making sure he was cherished, cared for, and surrounded by love and opportunities. Just before her passing, she proudly enrolled him in school, excited to watch him learn, grow, and blossom into the remarkable person she always believed he would become.

Now, at only three years old, Braxton has lost the person who loved him most in this world. While nothing can ever replace a mother’s love, our family is determined to honor her legacy by giving Braxton the same love, care, and stability she worked so hard to provide.

We will establish a trust fund for Braxton so that he is provided for as he grows. This fund will help with his education, counseling to help him process the loss of his mom, and his overall total wellbeing. In the years ahead, we hope this trust will also give him a head start towards college or any dreams he chooses to pursue.
